As a result of Andhra Pradesh’s rich, ancient culture and heritage, the natives of this land celebrate numerous AP Govt Holidays 2020. Let us take a look at each of these celebrations indigenous to the state:

Bhogi

Bhogi is the eve of Pongal and is also known by the name Bhogi Pongal. This celebration, amongst the Andhra Pradesh Holidays 2020, is devoted to Lord Indra, the king of the Lords and the deity of rain. Large bonfires commemorate prosperity and the end of winter, and this celebration is about discarding everything old and bringing in new fortune and success in the lives of the natives.

Pongal

Ugadi

Atla Taddi
