In Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka, Hanuman Jayanti is celebrated on Vaishakha Bahula Dashmi which comes between the months of May- June. But in Gujarat (including some parts of northern India, Ashwin Krishna Chaturdashi is celebrated as Hanuman Jayanti which falls one day before Diwali.
In Tamil Nadu and Kerala, Hanuman Jayanti is celebrated during Margali Masam or Margazhi month which falls during December-January.
